We have funded the purchase and renovation of our homes using a combination of bank mortgages and individuals who lend us money.  Our company is the borrower (not our tenants).

Thanks to a combination of a strong rental market and low asset values in the Southern Tier of New York, we are able to pay individual lenders attractive rates - call us for current terms.  Individuals typically lend us money for a specific property, evidenced by a note and secured by a mortgage.  You can even lend (and earn) money through a self-directed IRA or other qualified accounts.  The mortgage is recorded with the County Clerk in the respective county.  Even higher rates are available for loans not tied to a particular property.
