From time to time we can offer brand new manufactured homes - for outright sale or on a lease-with-option basis in partnership with community owner AL Burke!
As of 2023 we have no vacancies for rent-to-own and have sold all the 'outright sale' homes. The rent-to-own homes are in the Binghampton area - in Whitney Point at Meadowbrook and in Glen Aubrey at Ridgewood (pictured, left).
Our homes at Meadowbrook and Ridgewood had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and an island kitchen. The furniture in the floorplan is *not* included - it's just there to help you visualize your new home!
These all-electric homes are available on a long-term lease with an option to buy. The rent you pay us includes use of the home plus lot rent, taxes, and property insurance. Water and sewer charges are extra. We have one home at Meadowbrook and one home at Ridgewood.
